  • No! Many things I share can be grown in pots or on a balcony (free trellis!). I also share recipes, how-to guides for clean-living, journal prompts and quotes to encourage self-reflection… its a whole feel-good vibe.

  • Letters are sent out the first week of each month. If you sign up by the last day of the month, you will receive the upcoming letter. If you sign up after the last day, your first letter will be the following month.

    For example: If you sign up May 1st (or any other day in May) you will receive the June letter.

  • Email hello@thepostedsprout.com to change your address! Be sure to email us before the end of the month so you get the next letter.

  • You may cancel your subscription at anytime. Email hello@thepostedsprout.com to cancel or update your subscription. Be sure to cancel or update BEFORE your renewal date (which is the day of the month you initially signed up).

  • The snail mail is sent the “old-fashioned way” via postage stamp! This means no tracking is available. You should receive your letter within 3-12 business days from sending, depending on the transit time of the postal service.

  • Waiting for your snail mail is often the hardest part! All letters are sent USPS with a stamp and can sometimes take a couple weeks to be delivered. If you don’t receive your letter by the end of the month, email us at hello@thepostedsprout.com and we will make it right.

  • Your payment will be processed on the same day of the month as you signed up.

    For example: If you signed up August 17th, your payment will be drafted on the 17th of each month.

    If you signed up for the annual subscription, your payment will draft on the day you signed up the following year.

  • Letters are made for each subscriber and are non-refundable.

  • We are currently sending letters all over the United States!
